The NCVYS leadership masterclass series
Effective leadership has never been more important to the voluntary and community youth sector. With this in mind, NCVYS has collaborated with some of the most successful leaders in the country to bring a series of leadership masterclasses to senior staff across our membership. These events are free and open to all members of our network. The leadership masterclasses are designed to foster leadership debate within the sector, touching on subjects such as how collective leadership based on effective collaboration of senior sector executives can bring solutions to the challenges of the day, or how leaders of larger organisations can support those of smaller and/or niche providers. Attendees will benefit from a comparative view on how leaders have tackled issues including change management, inspiring innovation and modernising their organisations.
